IS THERE A
COST INVOLVED?

The water and energy saving products we offer, including the fitting and visit from a qualified technician are free of charge. You will not be expected to pay for any of the products or services provided to you regarding this scheme, it is all free of charge.

HOW TO APPLY

Just fill in your details and let us know if you’d prefer an AM or PM slot at www.fit2save.co.uk and we will give you a call to book an appointment. Alternatively give us a call on 03332 400 266 if you’d prefer to speak with someone.

WHAT HAPPENS
AFTER I APPLY?

We will give you a call within 5 working days to arrange an appointment at a time and date convenient for you.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT’S
YORKSHIRE WATER VISITING WHEN A TECHNICIAN ARRIVES?

We’re working in partnership with Aqualogic so our technician will carry both Aqualogic ID and Yorkshire Water ID. Any of our team members will only turn up at an arranged date and time and will carry a photographic ID badge. You can opt to have a personalised password which you can ask for when we arrive to confirm the identity of the visitor, just let our telephone agent know.

WHY ISN’T THIS SCHEME OPEN TO EVERYONE?

We’re making contact with customers who are eligible for this scheme and inviting them to take part, if you’ve received an invitation from us then you can take part. This scheme is a trial and as such we have a limited number of spaces, so book quickly to avoid disappointment.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED SUPPORT
AFTER THE VISIT?

We offer a free 12 month guarantee on all the products and fittings. If for whatever reason you are unhappy or concerned about the work the engineer has carried out you can call us on 03332 400 266. Our opening hours are between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.

MY NEIGHBOUR RECEIVED DIFFERENT PRODUCTS TO ME, WHY IS THIS?

Our qualified technicians will survey your fixtures and fittings and make recommendations on the most appropriate gadgets for your home. These may differ from home to home and we’re also offering a limited number of water butt and BabyDam products, but these will be given on a first come first serve basis.

YOU STATE THAT YOU OFFER FREE MINOR LEAK REPAIRS, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WILL BE REPAIRED IN MY HOME IF I HAVE A LEAK?

Where a leak is present on any of your taps and toilets our technicians will look to see if they can repair the problem. We classify a minor leak as a leak which will take less than 30 minutes to repair, if it’s a bigger job please visit www.watersafe.org.uk to find an alternative solution.
